Shipping

Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing after your order is received. We take pride in handcrafting and making each piece with the utmost care. Creating a high quality product takes time and ensures you receive a high quality product that is built to last. 
Shipping Speed & Cost: We ship using both USPS and UPS. Available shipping options and the rates for your order will be shown during checkout. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.
International Shipping: We currently only ship within the USA. We plan to begin shipping internationally by winter of 2024
Damages in Transit: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order at customerservice.jawsjungle@gmail.com. We will happily send replacements for any damaged or broken item(s) for free. To expedite the replacement process, please include pictures of the damaged items and your order number in your email.


Warranties

Warranty: We have gone through great lengths to make sure the products we manufacture are built to last through the test of time. We will replace the submersible pump for free if it goes bad during the first year, with the exception of it breaking due to user error (for example, allowing the pump to run dry).

Reupholstery Services: We understand that your tastes may change overtime and accidents do happen! If you'd like to refresh your Jungle Wall to start over, we do offer reupholstery services. Please contact us at customerservice.jawsjungle@gmail.com for more information and pricing.



Refund Policy 
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items. All sales are final. You may only request a refund in the instance that the expected lead time for your order has elapsed plus one business day. We encourage you to carefully review the product description and dimensions before placing your order.
